Researches show that school should
start later, because teenagers can’t wake-up so early, their body clocks are
different from adults; they should wake-up when their body stops producing
melatonin. The result is that the
first class of the morning is often a waste, with as many as 28 percent of
students falling asleep. The school should stop focusing on testing and start
changing the hours of the school day, starting it later for teenagers and
ending it later for all children.
In
my opinion is difficult for the teenagers to wake-up so early. They sleep late,
because of homework, projects for school and activities. And consequently in the
first class most of them are sleeping to reestablish forces to study. So is unnecessary to start school
earlier, no one will pay attention or learn anything. So I support the idea to
star school later and end later, teenagers will have will to study
